Pictorial Asthma Medication Plan

This website is for Health Professionals to create a PAMPs (pictorial asthma medication plans) for children and their families to remind them to use their regular inhalers for asthma.

Click here for a sample in English, Chinese, Samoan, Te Reo Māori, Tongan or Tuvaluan

Step1: Click "Start a new plan" to create the PAMP

Step2: Translate into Chinese, Samoan, Te Reo Māori, Tongan or Tuvaluan if needed

Step3: Print in colour, and discus with the child and their family

The PAMP is to compliment, not replace routine face-to-face asthma education by a trained health professional.

You can also print the "Warning signs and symptoms sheet", in English, ChineseSamoan, Te Reo Māori, Tongan or Tuvaluan and laminate together with the PAMP. We can do this for you if you email the completed PDF to feedback@saferx.co.nz

If you use these resources, we would love to hear from you, email us on feedback@saferx.co.nz
